Meet Sara
I’m a certified clinical hypnotherapist, and my path into this work is deeply personal.
I come from a refugee family, and at a young age I experienced a sudden and profound life transition alongside my parents and siblings. At the time, I didn’t have the language to understand what was happening internally, but my body held it. Over the years, this showed up as anxiety, emotional reactivity, and a constant sense of intense unease I couldn’t fully explain.
I tried many ways to feel better, to understand myself, to create change, but nothing seemed to reach the root. It wasn’t until I began working with the subconscious mind that something shifted in a real and lasting way.
That experience changed the direction of my life.
Today, I offer a calm, grounded and compassionate space for individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck in patterns, or disconnected from themselves. We work gently and at your pace, creating the safety needed for deeper change to unfold, so you can begin to feel more steady, clear, and at home within yourself.
